Engagement

Diagnose. Build. Operate.

Three ways in, in the order most people need them. You can stop after any of them, and some clients should.

DIAGNOSTIC • Two to three weeks • fixed fee • credited against Build within ninety days

Five dimensions, scored against reality.

Five dimensions, scored against the conditions you’re actually operating in.

01

Machine legibility

Can the systems that recommend you read you — and do they describe you correctly?

02

Content system

What does an asset cost, how long does it take, and does it look like you?

03

Measurement integrity

Can you defend a budget decision by cause rather than by credit?

04

Agent and commerce readiness

Could a machine buy from you, and would it get the right answer?

05

Governance exposure

What breaks when the rules are applied to what you’re already doing?

What you get

A scored index with benchmarks. The three things we’d fix first, ranked by effort, with our reasoning on likely impact shown rather than asserted. What each one costs. And the raw evidence underneath all of it — every input is something you own and can check without us.

What we’ll also do

Tell you if the answer is “don’t do this yet,” or “this isn’t us.” Either verdict goes in the report rather than into a follow-up call.

BUILD • Defined scope • defined price • defined date

We build the thing.

A dual identity. A visibility programme. A brand model. A feed architecture. A measurement stack. A consent foundation.

Three commitments, written into the contract

01

You own the output.

The brand model, the reference sets, the audience definitions, the data. If you leave, it leaves with you.

02

We quote in writing before we start,

and the number doesn’t move unless the scope does.

03

We price on what gets delivered, not on our hours.

If we get faster, that’s our problem to price for — not your invoice to keep paying.

OPERATE • Ongoing • priced on the system

We run it with you.

We run it with you. A standing experiment cadence. A live command centre instead of a monthly deck. A causal read you can put in front of a board. Content throughput measured against cost per asset. Visibility reported as a trend with its variation shown, not as a score.

What Operate is not

A retainer that buys you a number of people. If you want to buy people, there are much larger companies that do that well.

Pricing

We’ll tell you what it costs.

We publish our engagement shapes and we quote in writing before we start. Very few studios in this market do — most quote custom and publish nothing at all.

That’s a strange way to ask someone for trust. So:

[TO CONFIRM: publish at least the Diagnostic fee and an indicative range for Build engagements. In a market where nobody publishes, publishing is a disproportionately strong trust signal — and it filters out the wrong conversations before they cost anyone a week.]

Working with us

What it’s like.

Senior people, on the work

The people you meet are the people who do it. There’s no team behind the team.

Written, not narrated

You get documents, not decks read aloud. Findings arrive in a form you can forward, argue with, and use after we’ve gone.

Evidence you own

Wherever a finding can rest on something deterministic — your own logs, your own data, your own consent records — it does. You can verify us without us.

We’d rather say no

If the honest answer is that you shouldn’t do this yet, or that somebody else should do it, we’ll put that in writing. It costs us a project and saves you a year.

Start with the diagnosis.
